2023 Summer Ango

Ango (or “Peaceful Dwelling”) is a traditional period of intensive practice.  In the Zen tradition, there are typically two 90-day Angos each year, one in the summer and one in the winter.  This year, Great Wave’s summer Ango will take place from June 9 to August 12.  It is expected that all Great Wave students will make commitments in both home practice and retreat participation by completing our Ango Commitment Form.  Commitment form contents will be delivered to and held in confidence by Gendo Roshi.
