Oryoki (formal meal) instruction will take place at about 4:30 Friday afternoon at White Sands Zen Center.  It is very important for first-time participants to attend this instruction session.  If time allows, there will also be some instruction in service formalities.

For those sleeping over in the church Friday and Saturday nights, you are advised to bring a sleeping bag, wash cloth, towel, and other personal toiletries as necessary.  There are no showers in the church, but there are men’s and women’s bathrooms where you may clean up.  If you have any other questions, please use the contact form on our main page.
