Register for Upcoming Rohatsu Sesshin!

English: Plum Blossoms in Snow, Zhang Yan, Min...

Plum blossoms in snow are a traditional Japanese Zen symbol of Sakyamuni Bddha’s awakening.

Please join us for this special weekend sesshin in honor of the enlightenment of Shakyamuni Buddha (known as Rohatsu in the Japanese Zen tradition).  Participants will have an opportunity to deepen their meditation practice,  practice liturgy, receive private instruction from resident teacher Gendo Sensei, and hear a Dharma talk. We request a donation of $75 for members, and $120 for non-members for full-time participation. (Part-time participation is also permitted.)  Just click on the December calendar at greatwave.org (top of page, under EVENTS).  Feel free to visit our sesshin schedule for details of our weekend, at greatwave.org (bottom of page).
