Great Wave will be hosting an Introduction to Zen Workshop which includes an orientation to Zen training hall behaviors, ceremonies, and, of course, meditation. We will also take time for journaling/reflection, and discussion. After lunch, we will move to nearby Ludington State Park for a mindful awareness hike. Participants are encouraged to sign up soon as seating is limited. The cost for the day is $20 and includes a vegetarian lunch. To register, please click here.
